Health & Safety

DASCO Construction are committed to Health and Safety being central to our everyday activities.  All our operatives are qualified to CSCS/CPCS as a minimum requirement. Our Site Supervisors hold the SMSTS and First Aid certificates.

We are proud of our achievements in making DASCO a safe place to work and this is reflected by our excellent Health & Safety record.

We are committed to Health and Safety in the workplace; to this end we have formed a partnership with BPA (Services) limited, who is our comprehensive service provider for Health and Safety, Construction Design & Management, Training, Documentation Provision, Fire & Safety Audits.

Environment

DASCO strives to ensure that the Environment is not adversely affected by the works we carry out.

We recognize that our operations have both direct and indirect impacts on the environment and we aim to minimize the negative impacts as far as practicable, undertake all our operations on a more sustainable basis and promote the beneficial effects of our activities.

We continue to seek ways and means to improve our position in these key areas, from simple carbon-footprint reduction schemes through to vetting of all aspects of our supply chain where we look to find a similar ethos towards sustainability and consideration for the human and natural environment.

Quality

DASCO are committed to high standards of Health and Safety throughout the Company and it is our Policy to create a Quality Management System that identifies any issues which could affect anyone.

To be effective this Policy requires the commitment and active involvement of all Directors, Managers, Supervisors and Personnel in the generation of quality service provision, competence and positive attitudes in undertaking our work activities with continuously improving performance.
